Terms & Conditions

• 1All tickets are valid for the day that they are purchased for only.
• 2The tickets are non-refundable.
• 3All ticket prices include VAT, which is charged at the current rate of 20%.
• 4A Booking Fee will be applied.
• 5The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.
• 6All bags will be searched for security purposes.
• 7Re-entry is allowed on the same day. A coloured wristband will be issued on leaving the site. The wristband is specific for each day.
• 8Alcohol will be permitted, but we strongly advise that glassware should not be used. Plastic glasses are to be used for drinking.
• 9Picnics are allowed, but there will be various food and beverage vendors on site.

• 1The Organisers reserve the right in exceptional circumstances beyond our control to cancel or amend the event without notice. In which case, no refunds will be given to public, traders or any other person/persons affected by any change or cancellation.
• 2The tickets are non-refundable.
• 3Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold.
• 4Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.
• 5The Organisers of this event accept no liability for any loss by any person/persons on or around the event areas. Public liability insurance will be in place.

• 1The Organisers reserve the right in exceptional circumstances beyond our control to cancel or amend the event without notice or refund to public, traders or any other person/persons affected by any change or cancellation.
• 2Orders given out by the event stewards, security, and volunteers must be obeyed at all times. The Organisers reserve the right to remove any person/persons without stating a reason from the event areas.
• 3The Organisers of this event accept no liability for any loss by any person/persons on or around the event areas. Public liability insurance will be in place.
• 4All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• 5Any lost wristbands or tickets will not be refunded by the event Organisers under any circumstances.
• 6No vehicle movements will be allowed within the event area during the event, unless authorised.
• 7For the visitor's safety, public notices will be delivered via the event PA system which will be in the main event area.
• 8In the case of an event emergency, please listen to the organisers' instructions, which will be presented through the event PA.
• 9The event will be photographed and recorded throughout the weekend by the organisers' media team.
• 10On entry to the event areas, please check and be aware of the evacuation routes.
• 11Please keep all the event areas tidy and use the litter bins provided.
• 12Lost persons should be notified to an event steward, marshal, or volunteer, or at the event control tent.
